My Shopping Trip 1/29/12 - Price Chopper

Well, it's been a dog's age since I posted a trip...  :)  Here's this past Sunday's rundown for Price Chopper. I did the Pepsi deal with the Bonus Coupon plus a $2/4 mani q from GU, the BOGO boneless ribs with the $1 off Hannaford coupon, the celery with the FB coupon, the Hellmann's deal (of course, we all know what a Hellmann's fiend I am LOL) with a $1/3, the PC pretzels with the FB coupon, the Knorr sides with two of the $1/3 with my doublers, the Kellogg's cereal with the free Minute Maid with two $1/2, the Eggland's Best eggs with the $.50/1 (got two since they ended up only $.99 ea! I was worried I would get the $.35/1 in my inserts), 1/2 lb of the hard salami on sale this week and used the $2 off from Hannaford, and hubby has been bugging me for some cheese and crackers to go with the pepperoni in the freezer from the last BOGO deal, so I did the Ritz/Cracker Barrel FB coupon too. Then I used the $3 off $40 or more from Hannaford. Final tally was this:

I did grab quite a few other things, only one item I bought didn't have a coupon. LOL Onions. Oh no, TWO items. I noticed they had the RubyKist apple juice for $1 again at my store, so I grabbed one on my way to the register. Love it when I save more than I spend!  :-D

Price Chopper Coupon Policy Change - As Of 1/23/2012

New, updated coupon policy from Price Chopper with a few changes.  You can view the policy on the PC website HERE.  The main changes are limits of 4 like coupons per DAY rather than per transaction and they clarified the acceptance of a $X/2 coupon on a BOGO sale.  Here is the policy in full, be sure to print off a copy for your binder!

Manufacturer Coupon Acceptance

Price Chopper continues to add value to the family shopping trip by accepting manufacturer coupons. Price Chopper's register system is programmed to read and follow the rules embedded within the bar code of manufacturer coupons.

The Customer's or Store AdvantEdge card must be scanned or entered prior to coupon deductions.

Only one manufacturer's coupon, digital or paper, may be used on an item purchased, not to exceed the retail price after AdvantEdge discounts. Price Chopper accepts one manufacturer and one Price Chopper store coupon for the same item (unless prohibited elsewhere in our policy, on our coupons, or by the manufacturer in their terms or embedded within their barcode).

We will accept only one (1) manufacturer coupon for an advertised Buy one, Get one Free Offer. We will not accept a manufacturer's coupon for the product that is received free as part of a Buy one, Get one Free Offer.

Manufacturer coupons are limited to 4 manufacturer coupons of like items per day.

Free items, mail-in certificates, unspecified items, and Buy one, Get one offers will be redeemed at face value or free value only.

Coupons will not be accepted beyond their expiration dates.

Refunds and rebate checks will be cashed at the Customer Service desk and deposited.

In states which permit coupons for cigarettes, tobacco, milk and alcoholic beverages, these coupons can not be doubled.

We are required to comply with all manufacturers' coupons requirement. Any other use constitutes fraud.

We do not double and/or triple coupons specifically excluded by the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to limit quantities.
